Making anyone feel foolish but if that is how they take it thats their business. Regarding litigation SILLINESS I am not referring to the effort as a whole just the attention given what I feel was a very small portion of the whole proceeding being the recent decisions rendered.

Let me ask you this Ron, do you believe or recent run to .28 or theabouts was due to speculation of Fogels decision or was it the AMD announcement? Further, if you think the latter was the market reaction justified dropping OUR value to pre AMD announcement levels?

As far respect here is concerned I am not losing any sleep over that believe me, the people MOST important to me respect me greatly and thats what matters.

No viable contributions, all I`ll say to that is.....``FRESH and NEW``, anything futher is pure speculation but I am on record for less litigation and more merits.
