Yeah....and that always takes me back to the question of "whom was actually responsible for finding , evaluating, and eventually hiring Goerner, Flowers, and Bibleau?" The obvious answer is "the dreaded "BOD" but I still can't "wrap my mind around"as you like to say) the concept of a group of people in control (?) of a company voluntarily hiring another group of people to boot them out of their comfy, well paid positions.
