"...the concept of a group of people in control (?) of a company voluntarily hiring another group of people to boot them out of their comfy, well paid positions."
Well, there is a question I asked several times in the last year and months:
- Could it be, that Swartz & CJ are NOT THAT bad, as people here think they are?
If the answer to this question is "yes, they are not so bad, they are interested to leave a healthy, strong company", then more questions would follow:
- Could it be, that one part of the plan ("masterminded" and outlined in 2005/2006) was for Johnson, Swartz (and maybe Pohl) to find a serious, experienced and strong Management Team, which would be able to build up the company in its central positions, even if this would mean, that some of the "old" members had to go?
- Could it be, that these members don't have a problem to go, but are "happy" to step back, WHEN the new Management has found new "blood"?
- Could it be, that the words from Turley in the pr regarding the warrant buyback, where he thanked Swartz (you may know, I consider Lincoln Ventures to be Swartz) for his support over the hard years Patriot had, were a final "Good bye"?
Just some food for thoughts...lol...glty
