Could taxes or laws be the reason:

"During the nine months ended February 29, 2008, SSDI recognized $150,000 of other income in connection with the sale of a portion of its interest in Holocom MultiDomain Computers, LLC, now known as DataSecurus, LLC, on November 7, 2007 DataSecurus, LLC changed its name to Talis Data Systems, LLC."

Could it be, that there has to be a full year between the sell (in 2007) and the purchase (in 2008)?
