Has anyone read the new 584 claims? It seems to me that Moore has attmept to work around that right justification requirment. That would mean they fully anticipated the need for a plan B. Do we have any technical experts that could shed some light on whether the workaround would be sufficient to allow us to go after ARM if approved as presented? The way I read it, it would.
