You may assume that TPL is in about the same financial condition as PTSC. TPL didn't payout there license revenues in dividends. They may be in good shape financially to operate during the waiting period for the USPTO.

If I were TPL to put more pressure on infringers to make them continue to come forward and license at this time, I would announce how much a license fee would be going up after the USPTO re-validation is completed.
