At this point we are just beating each other up over this when we probably will never know for sure what the business agreement is/was. Is it so hard to accept the idea that we have received all we have from the J's and move on? If there is more coming from the J's settlement down the road it will be a wonderful bonus. I hope we can all come together and move forward. Lets end this and focus on the USPTO and PTSC's future.
