For starters, it is NOT an NDA. It is confidntiality regarding the terms of the settlement, ie. the terms of the settlement are "CONFIDENTIAL".
Simply put, saying to someone that there is NO MORE MONEY coming from the J's does NOT reveal the terms of the settlement, any more than saying the J's are not providing RG with a new set of tires for his car.
