The last time I looked the leopard was replaced by a lion. Where were you 2+ years ago when DP announced they would be paying dividends? Why are you rehashing old news. Did it ever occur to you that PTSC's M&A may be on a differant timeline than yours? The M&A is being pursued as we type. If you like you can give back your dividends to PTSC I'm sure they'll accept the check and you can even stipulate that the money be used to buy back shares.
