If you read what is required for RG to improve his financial wealth as CEO of PTSC, then you would know that someone on the BOD's wrote it and it does involve growing the company and increasing shareholder value. So someone on the BOD's is looking at the future right? Someone is there looking out for your and my best interest whether you believe it or not.
