Not all of us live in southern CA, nor do we have access to the office the way that you evidently have. (How else would you have been in touch with the BoD?) Perhaps you have connections that the rest of us do not.

The former "shareholder rep" has done a good job in the past bringing the price down. IMO, no further help from you is necessary.
