The $400million or $1.00 share price figure is a minimum requirement for RG. The share price may and can go higher than a dollar with good USPTO news, a settlement with the T3 and a 10-K surprise with more J3 $ than expected. Put that with a better PR campaign and we may be off to the races. I'm not going to try to get everyones hopes up as we have been disappointed in the past with high expecations. I continue to hope that we will be pleasantly surprised for a change.
