Looks good folks, this guy has the potential to get his hands on 3,000,000 shares (300,000 already) at a grant price of .38 - that is a lot of motivation to want to stick around and see this sp go north. 2,000,000 shares tied to (i) the successful closing of a merger or acquisition; (ii) the listing of the Company on the Amex or NASDAQ stock exchanges; or (iii) a sustained share price over $1.00 for 90 days. Any of those options would be tremendous. Gotta believe RG is in it to win it!
