This is a great post, Fatwollit. You have have made some good points.

I certainly did not want to lose Brian or Ron, but we did have some legitimate questions about Brian's role as Shareholder Rep.

It's disappointing that we couldn't have had a respectful discussion about it in this forum. We may have been able to reach an understanding, and remain together on this board.

Perhaps we can still achieve this, if they would just come back and talk about it.

If they do, however, (PLEASE) I do hope people will 'hold their fire' and allow some calm discussion. Then, perhaps, we may achieve a little healing.

All in VHO, of course. :-)
