Message: Long Term Strategy?

I think PTSC traded at $5.00 in 1999 before I knew about PTSC. I hope your wrong about the $2.00 high. Trusting and believing has been tuff so far. I sold 3/4 of my position once in disgust after the 10-Q3 report and the letter that followed the next day. But I bought back in.

PTSC may be on the verge of being something this time. It appears we finally have a real CEO who seems to be making good choices so far. I have to believe with his background that he sees something special in PTSC or he wouldn't be here. He also bought 300,000 shares at .38 and the company is buying back shares now. Looks like Swartz is very close to being out of the picture and we all know his selling into every run has been instumental in driving the shareprice to it's current level. The Markman was in our favor except for claim 29 on the 584. How important is that I'm not sure. $100,000,000 has been collected by PTSC from licensing so far from some big companies. Companies that were smart enough to get early discounts. The patents are still valid and intact and once the USPTO puts the stamp of approval on them watch out. Those companies that decided to wait will pay big IMO. The patent bill is dead. We have won most of the battles so far and I believe if you ignore the SP PTSC is much stronger now than when the SP was at $2.00. Unfortunately we must wait for the USPTO and that timeline is out of TPL's, PTSC's and our control. Where we are is where we are like it or not. The wheels of progress sometimes turn slowly, but every day brings us closer to our goal. There is one heck of a lot more upside potential than downside potential on the SP. At this point we all need to just hang in there.

All the best,

Steve
