If we did lose the ACP issue I think that we would have evaluated the risk going forward. Also see BaNos's repost by CentCom. We don't know what Shaw and Hamilton were bringing to the story, but at the very least Higgins/Fish , put to a jury, could have been embarrassing if not risky. It has been my opinion that ownership was something the J's were trying to attack as well. A few years ago, just about everyone here felt we would win the 336 from TPL partly because of Higgins/Fish. joe
