The statement below comes close to what I was suggesting in my post. I found it in a few minutes of scanning the archived master Agreemnt documents. There are probably better passages in the agreemtn. No time to dive all the way into this right now. The point is that PTSC is not completely in the dark here.

ARTICLE VIII
GENERAL

8.1 In no event shall any right, duty or privilege arising hereunder
be assigned by either party to an entity which it does not own and control
without the prior written consent of the other parties. Any attempted or
purported assignment without such consent shall be voidable at the option of the
