Do you think it's entirely possible that NEC electronics of America paid for their license at the time of the settlement following in the footsteps of the parent NEC company. This could explain the $27 million you say we probably realized in the Q-10 report. How does the 27 million figure fit into your chart for NEC?

The remaining J companies settled with a contingency upon the USPTO decision and were granted a license agreement until the USPTO rules at which time they would pay their licens fees providing the patents are revalidated. Every word that RG has stated in his letters to shareholders would still be true. This theory makes a lot more sence to some of us than giving away the licenses when the markman ruling put TPL and the patents in a position of strength. Rather than giving the licenses away for virtually nothing why wouldn't TPL just continue to trial and take their chances? Who had the most to lose going to trial?
