i agree bill. it is fairly obvious to those that are very critical of the company now is because the reality of the BOD mis-mangement is being uncovered. there have been a few posters who have tried to bring to the forum that management was our weak spot and this was met with the same label of "basher" and contempt by the same folks that are on the attack again. i have always maintained that our patents have great potential value but the group that manages our 1/2 are inept. we lost so much ground by the past managements decisions (but they did award themselves hefty option packages and nice salaries for overseeing the monetization of our patent -- and this same group has always maintained that managment was busy working hard on the "umbrella" plan. anyone who was against the issuing of dividends back then was a "basher". anyone dare speak of the dividends as a gift to S&L was told to sell and move on. same crowd that is still defending a stock that began its slide almost immediately after the issuing of those dividends. the sad truth is PTSC has mis-managed their cut of $100 million in 2 plus years and have very little to show for it other than a collapsing share price.
IMO we are not dead because RG is a real CEO and i hope conditions change that will allow him to turn this thing around. we need a strong outcome from the patent review. so, we again, are stuck waiting.
i too find the "thumbs" comment to be rather nasty. the thumbs up lady is rather pathetic but this has been her M.O. and she is true to form.
