I for one didn't know we were going to lose for sure... I held out hope we would possibly win this Appeal.. That Cook, given that the claim construction for ‘instruction groups’ requires more scrutiny than the Texas Court was able to give it during the Markman hearing due to time and space constraints, would possibly be in position to more fully present our case & have that Markman ruling reversed... J Ward, while extrordinary, is not infalible. Thank Goodness we still have the Reexam to validate the '584... cuz I want to make ARM pay thru their big ol Brit noses
