with the same product portfolio (television sets, electronic equipment..) won't have to pay just 1$!

It's clear, that in case of all infrigers some divisions, products etc. don't infrige but concerning the "simple" electronic equipment devisons of Toshiba, NEC, JVC and Mathusita I see no reason why they don't have to pay. Otherwise, I am asking myself why all the other MMP licensers paid.
