Yes it's been a long tough journey for most of us. Some are saying the MMP has lost it's potency and that is the reason for the lack of licenses and what on the surface appears to be a low settlement payout from the J's. I would say to those individuals it's much more likely that the MMP is closer than ever to reaching it's full power potential. We may be just a few months away from revalidation of the patents by the USPTO. This last hurdle should provide a clear view of the finish line and unleash the full power potential of the MMP. Those companies that decided to wait can expect to pay a premium for their delay.

If I were TPL I would say as of the patent revalidation date, all infringing companies will start negotiations at a minimum base license fee as follows;

Gross revenue Minimum base MMP License Fee

1 billion $ 80 million $

500 Million - 1 billion $ 40 million $

250 million- 500 million $ 20 million $

100 million - 250 million $ 10 million $

50 million - 100 million $ 5 million $

50 million $ or less 2.5 million $
