I respect Ronrans opinion and views but unless he has personally opened and read what's contained in the sealed MOU judge Ward is holding, then his opinion is just that an educated guess at best. I'm still sticking to my gut that the USPTO decision will have an impact on the settlement with the J's. I probably have as good a shot at being right as Ronran IMO.
