They got what they reported. they caused a quick sucker rally after they announced a settlement. gave ES another chance to cash in big time. the stock price has discounted the patents for loosing value IMHO. RG sure wasn't pumping up the patents. their a long shot now. A this a company that could have been somthing big but it has been mishandled for years. They know if the did a RS the stock would sink right back down to these low levels and they would be delisted.

Its going to be a long road. and if anyone doesn't believe that your only kidding yourself .Oh I now some will say why don't you sell and get off the board. thats my choice to make and sooner rather then later all the 10 yr veterns will have enough of the BS. AND LEAVE.
