Why else should they construe a connection between the T3-litigation and the 584 Appeal, while it seemed to be obvious to me, that the negotiations between TPL/PTSC and the T3 were mainly because of the complete MMP? I didn't know, that the 584 patent was part of the litigation (only as part of the MMP).
