Ease, that's to simple....

TPL put a lot of effort to the 584 patent to counter the MH ruling and the PTO decision. The 584 might be a patent you have to take a closer look to understand it right. All my EEs said more or less the same. The PTO put the rejection on calim 29 (or was it 28) which is difficulty to understand in the total complex 584 patent.

I'll give it up when it's written in a offical PR!
