We have not lost a patent or two. What happened is that certain claims in the 584 were not strong enough--JW told us that during the Markman. Those claims are being reworked as we speak. JW saw that those claims were weak--he ALSO told us that the 336 and the 148 are STRONG. I trust his opinion--look at his qualifications and hx.. GL, ads
