JW did not like claim #29 in the 584 and ruled against it at the Markman--TPL and PTSC added more claims to clarify the meanings and the PTO will have to look at those. We all knew that this was happening and that the CC would probably stand by what JW ruled. Let us all hope that his strength and validation of the 336 and 148 at the Markman hold--I think it will-- today's decision makes JW's opinions even stronger for our 336 and 148, IMHO. GL, ads
