I read some articles about "non-precedential opinions" - but though there are some critics against the non-precedential, it seems, the decision of the CAFC is simply "No!" to TPL's Appeal.

BTW, I always wrote, that the decision from the Appeal will come around the day of the meeting - the only question now is:

Is this decision finally?
