Though I'm sure we're both tired of arguing this, I don't see how you could interpret it that way - as I wrote it. If "with" were replaced with "by" of "of", I could buy it. To me the word "with" is quite clear - except they throw that word "merger" word in there! Just to drive us nuts! LOL

It's all a conspiracy, I tell ya! The entire master plan is simply to drive us all crazy! LOL
