We own 50% of an asset that is proving to be worth well over $2 billion (perhaps over $3b); over $1 billion to PTSC alone, yet our market cap is $124 million, a TENTH of its intrinsic value.

Can our present board extract the value, and if not, will they get out of the way so those that can, will?
