All PTSC needs is to is get as many sign ups underneath their belts before the M or A goes down. So they can have enough $ to do it.

I don't how many more $ they want/need to do a M or A but I would say it's safe to say that a little bit more is needed.

I don't know if they'll merge with INVC or somebody already on a bigger board.

What I do know is that some where in between June 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 it will go down. And then PTSC will grow.
