This is interesting information your providing. Where did you find it? I haven't found anything that shows NEC paying "dearly" as part of these recent settlements. Please provide a link, or something that shows this. Thanks.

Also, I'm not sure who's expecting $250M per license, but aside from the Wazfactor and the "big cashendo", I haven't seen anyone suggest anything like that. There were expectations around that amount, +/- for some for the J3 settlement, but I don't think anyone has stated expectations that each license that TPL signs would bring in anywhere near that amount. Maybe you can clarify where you've seen that. Thanks.
