but suddenly it seems, the MMP has lost his power.
Because I do not believe this..Thanks for your response... I agree.. I also do not believe this.. I believe the MMP retains tremendous worth.. but this is my beef with how it is being handled..
.
two different ways of communications:
One public via the filings and prs from PTSC, which seem to show a weakened position of the MMP (in terms of financial value) - for what reason is speculation...
And an other (different) communication, non-public, between TPL and the lawyers of the potential licensees, which shows the real strength of the MMP and where documents and facts (NO financial details of other settlements!) are presented to these companies.
I hope Leckrone & TPL do have that power to show the strength of the MMP.. I just don't understand how TPL can expect party B to pay $X when they can't tell or show what party A paid.. and in fact made public that party A didn't really pay that much. This is the business model TPL has chosen.. That publicly the MMP is weak.. but privately showing it is not.. How long can we expect this to be SOP? This is how they expect to increase the MMPs value and subsequent licensing fees... At what cost to us? How can the BoD agree that this is good for PTSC? ..for us the shareholders? This is at the heart of the issue for those who have taken issue with PTSC's BoD, and how they are letting Leckrone run this thing.. Leckrone's business model is IMO supressing our shareprice, and our BoD appears/is doing nothing to fight it. Does this change after reexams? Does this change ever?
How is retail investor confidence to be reestablished?? Q over Q over Q... starting after the reexams?
I personally take issue with how this is being handled, and how our BoD is letting it be handled... publicly weak, privately strong.
I believe the MMP is extrememly valuable.. I know it appears Leckrone has no interest whatsoever regarding the shareprice.. I only hope he doesn't really have great interest in what our shareprice is..
