THIS IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO THE NASDAQ. INVC needs our cash.

they got roughly 70 mill shares was fifty then strangly increased another 20 mill A 5 for 1 RS. Puts PTSC on the NASDAQ. and with a decent float. also notice target price of 15 bucks .
