Good question.

Now, I haven't read much of the stuff from the other board, except that post supposedly written by Brian (now, really, we've seen Brian's expertise at writing - does that post read like Brian wrote it?).

But having a good idea about what they're saying, the thing I fail to see is where anyone at PTSC benefits from such actions. You think Lecky would keep any of these folks around after such action? Golden parachute you say? More golden than what they'd get by just hanging out with the status quo? Really. And how does ES benefit?

It just all comes across as speaking out of both sides of the mouth. Complaining that our BoD is solely interested in self-enrichment, then suggesting they'll go along with actions that would very more than likely put an end to that enrichment?

So why now? Maybe there's something to this file movement/Records Room thing, and they're already onto it. Maybe this is their last big opportunity to FUD the PPS down so they can buy before all heck breaks loose - to the positive.

I clearly don't trust these guys. IMO, anyone who trusts Brian after his 4/10/08 posts ("they haven't told me, but IMO we got nothing from the Js and everyone else's opinion is BS", and that goof-ball, non-sensical explanation of the MOU) should have their head examined - then re-exam'd! LOL

And transparency. A condition of the MOU with the Js is to NOT SAY A WORD. Failure means any deal that might be in there is nixed. Get it?!
