I honestly couldn't say, as you point out. If we were looking to spend money on tech. etc. anyway, then maybe money /shares might be better served in buying in on core/flash if it meant that MMP could then be merged under one roof? At what cost is the good question, without an answer. Does TPL really need our half of revenue for their growth? Could they obtain favorable financing elsewhere? Could we get THEM at a discount? Again, I can't say and since it is speculation...I'm going to stop here. Thanks for reply...joe
