I dont think we can glean anything from Ken's worthless response. I certainly would not make any assumptions based on his failure to respond or refute your assumptions. Hats off for trying, but unfortunately I dont think it got us anywhere. We are in a dark cave the size of Montana and they are giving us a birthday candle to help us find our way.
