Are shareholders allowed to view the agreement with TPL or PDS?

I'm not sure this has been hashed out already, but are shareholders allowed to see what is written in the contract agreement between PTSC and TPL through PDS?

I assume there would be guidlines or restrictions on what and what can't be shared with the public when an NDA is specified.
