people have attached the word royalties to the question posed to Ken/PTSC.
If the total license amount has been fully accounted for in the Qtr and the licensee is making installment type payments, Ken/PTSC could answer yes to Steve's question....but I would not consider that recurrring revenue/Royalties because the full amount has allready been accounted for. Imo but will always defer to the CPA's.
