Are you sure you WANT to push PTSC into making an (further) announcement that PTSC is being sued? While you feel it may be necessary, how does this help us? Is it just because the filings were broken down? Has the change of venue been authorized yet? Have these cases been accepted in EDoT?

I'm just thinking you may be jumping the gun a bit. But perhaps your email will ensure they're on top of what ever reporting is appropriate.
