While this is true, even if Quanta wins, the proposition is flawed. If it were me, I'd AVOID chip manufacturers and go after second tier only. There are a lot more of them. Remember, the issue is the so called "double dipping". If you do as I suggest, you're only "dipping" once in the chain.
