Thank you for posting that again. And yes, it does indicate that things are happening - recently.

In my WAG, I made a couple of basic assumptions (probably wrong), one being that patent files located in the "File Repository" are placed there for temporary storage. I would imagine that these files are rather volumous - not something you'd want in your office or elsewhere when not being "worked". The other assumption is that they get located in the "Record Room" for research purposes - records of other patents being there perhaps (digital).

Total assumptions and I honestly have no idea. It would appear that they do keep tight control of the files, so info like this might be a decent way to track progress.
