This post dates any commentary you cite here. Similar language was used in describing all of the other licenses reported prior to the adoption of the PDS Financials reporting method that leaves everything lumped together. Also, Leckrones comments at the SHM about one-time payments and not being setup for royalties postdated the comments you cite.
