Agora has pointed out a few times that on the PTSC forum there can't be a forum or "Hub" leader because PTSC is a client of Agora.

AGORACOM says "As HUB Leader you have the ability to delete posts, terminate disruptive members, post a President's Video and update all editable information on the HUB which includes: Fast Facts, Corp. Profile, Photos, Management and Links Library. "

.... If we can't have a hub leader because PTSC is a client of Agora, does that mean PTSC is controlling which posts are deleted and which posters get terminated?
