Please also note that I was the first person to outline the Delaware option.

To answer your question, if the price is "fair" then I have no problem with it. I do not believe that any offer would be for PTSC but only the 50% of the MMP Portfolio that PTSC owns. I will say it again, TPL does NOT need the PTSC baggage.
