Like everyone else, I'm not sure exactly why Brian did not update us more frequently and why he resigned (although I think I can guess on this one). I don't completely agree the way he communicated with us and the manner in which he resigned and exited this board. However, I tend to take Brian's position on PTSC matters "A LOT" more seriously than most posters here because 1.) he's been a poster on this board for many years and he seems knowledgeable - and most importantly 2.) I believe he has interacted with the board members and management. This gives him a huge upper hand over posters who continuously say that "all is well" and somehow turn every negative about PTSC into a neat happily ever after story. Or come back with a clever answer to each and every critisizm. Afterall, Brian's sentiments reflect the company's SP so it's very hard to discredit what he's been stating about the BOD and management.
