Brian just posted that he has more shares than the entire BOD...We all have alot to contribute to this stock...I am Sure that his DD far excedes anyone here....I can get over that fact , can others....

I'm going to try to write this week more about how the PDS Operating agreement oppresses PTSC's free and necessary information flow to it's Shareholders (and the subsequent ramifications),

I humbly suggest that it is not the Operating Agreement that is at fault because of these two easily accessible facts:

(a) To approve the Annual Business Plan, as well as any modifications thereto

(g) To approve any modifications, amendments or waivers of the Commercialization Agreement, and any of the license or other agreements referred to therein to which the Company is a party

There has been absolutely no reason why greater details could not have been given had there been such a desire, in my very humble opinion.
