Looking at the website
http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/daily.txt
and then at this page
http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/dailylo...
I get the impression, that May 6th is not the start for a long serial of further meetings, but that this is the day, where a decision regarding the Appeal is made.
I asked this question several times and only got one answer (by SGE, who said, it would take some months from May 6th until a decision would be made), but looking at these two pages I don't think, he was correct.
I don't want to produce another "THIS-WILL-BE-THE-WATERSHED-EVE... just connecting the given informations, which seem to show, that May 6th is in fact an IMPORTANT day.
Is there anyone with knowledge of this?
TIA - glta
