You miss the points.

Having a Shareholder's Rep that is ignored is useless, and a mockery - actually an insult to both the rep and the shareholders.

Having management that considers the shareholders FIRST and ALWAYS is the desired situation.

I strongly hope we've taken/will soon take a giant step towards the desired situation.

Brian's resignation is the possible - the only possible - catalyst, IMO.
